i dont know where your making the connection between psi balls and ball lightning. Their entirely different things, with the only common variable between them being their shape.

Well dont shoot him down so quickly polaris. He was only saying an idea and I see couple more links such as the fact they are both composed of energy(yes i know all things are composed of energy but that is the weaker link) and the fact that only a FEW people have ever seen either of them. Maybe ball lightning could be spontanious(sorry about my spelling if its wrong) psiballs. Maybe ball lighting is the equivilent to the poltergeist phenomenon and just has different characteristics than the more frightening and sometimes violent poltergeist.

one of the main reasons that this came to mind was that ball lightening displays strange behaviour (which scientists have a hard time explaining), such as the fact that it doesn?t instantly disperse like normal lightening and the fact it floats, and its random movement.

Firstly I apologize if it came accross like I was trying to shoot the idea down (I wasn't Razz). Secondly, these are valid points but the part that remains an opposing variable is the fact that ball lightning would have to be a manifestation of intent or directed by something for it to be psi (i think).

Yes your right but from what I understand is a poltergeist anything else besides PK and a bit of sub-concious thought? and is PK psi? from what i have seen on here thats what it is so if its possible for our sub-concious to make something as powerful as a poltergiest wouldn't it be easy for it to make a psiball?
