wow....its been a while since ive really been on psipog. sheesh.

ok.........back to discussion sorry bout that.

well........this is a programming question if you haven't figured it out. I've been trying to get a shield going. i started out with a very simple one, one that just sucks up energy from the earth to sustain itself.

so i program it right,; i just repeat what i want to happen in my mind and i can feel the shield around me. then when i stop saying what i want it to do in my head....the shield sort of disappears.......

i must be getting the wrong idea about programming or something. i can't keep a shield up more than about 10 minutes cause when i stop meditating, it just ceases to exist or it doesnt do what i programmed it to do.

any ideas on how to fix this? shields aren't my forte but i figured it would be a good thing to learn.

might need to give it the anchor command around you and also doesn't sound like it likes earth energy strange but what it sounds like so you may need to program it to leech off of you and sounds like you don't shell it "shelling is creating an exterior for the construct, makes it last longer".

anchor? i dont know what those are...shoot. i remember readin about anchor somewhere on psi pog, but cant even remember what it was saying.

oh wait.........just found the article. ill read it then. hmmm

k well i just read the article and i dont know how anchoring is going to help just because i get it up and its done. it just doesnt stay up.

Sorry if this frustrates you more than you probably already are, but have you tried pragramming it to stay up for a certain amout of time? Maybe you have to build up time. Like experiment with it. Make a shield to stay up for 20 min, then go to 30 then higher. Sorry if this is no help to you. Embarassed

i can try it. to help my programming i decided i would just write down what i want it to do and outline everything. it makes it more organized since everything is just mush in my head Razz

ill give it a go and ill let you know if it works Very Happy
