I have always had a bit of trouble with getting into the trance state. Can anyone suggest a good method to enter a deep trance? |

I found the article to be inadequate to my needs. PsiPog is not the answer to everything and not all the articles are compatable with everyone... |

I agree Corbin... I would suggest relaxing with motionless meditation or tensing and relaxing each muscle. Then visualize your self going downwards somehow. For example: On the exhale climb down stairs but on inhale stop. This is meant to bring you into trance. Instead of visualizing with eyes try tactile visualaztion. Also, you could visualize yourself in an elevator and on the inhale you stay still but on the exhale you go down.
Hope this helps! Brandon |

I find that listening to some really trippy music helps. Trance/techno is the best. Look for some on Limewire or kazaa(SP). |

Yeah, there is a lot of music that is spefically designed to put you into trance. Also, have you tried VISual or whatever his name his. He has a program that is meant to help you meditate/go into trance. Be sure to check this out!
Good luck, Brandon |

I imagine myself climbing down a ladder (more feel than see) and then after awhile I just let go and free fall, then I feel myself falling into my body and I'm in a deep trance, weird but try it. |
