Unfortunately, it won't advance past the "starting up" state.

I mean, it's fully installed and such, but when I run it, it fails to respond.

really? Confused You should try reinstalling it..... it works for me. Smile , maybe your comp f'ed up or something.

Isn't there some support programs you have to install first? Seeing as how GIMP is a linux program and all...

nah... i dont think so. i own a windows, and i believe there is a windows version....


EDIT: Nevermind, i found out what you needed. Uninstall the gimp. Download runtime environment. Install runtime environment, reinstall gimp.

Edit: how did you make those? All I can see is a brush stoke filter with some smudging, and MAYbe a lens flare?

Erm, I kind of uninstalled GIMP because I didn't want to use it anymore. Now all my old paint files are stuck as GIMPS.

How do I turn them back?
