Ok now you dont have to follow this if you dont want because im not tellin any one wat to do but you should practice you pk at least for 3hrs a day. but not all at once..

And for all that do more or just that i dont want to hear about it.

One last thing i believe as psions we should start putting our ability to use...
(by this i dont mean just to spin a psiweel for entertainment!)

I think 1 hour tops if you haven't practiced for somewhat 10 years Very Happy I've been practicing daily 30 minutes, and done that twice per day [30 + 30minutes I mean Smile ], and if I feel very powerful [sub-c usually will tell this..] then I'd practice 45minutes. It might be even dangerous to spend more time to this stuff, your brains won't take too much information at once, this includes psi stuff, I'm pretty sure.

jarmohak you are correct that our brains can only handle so much. Why do you guys think that most classes in school are about 1hour long. This may sound wierd but i do PK everyday for at least 3hours. Though only 1hour of the practice is for trying new things and different techniques. The other 2 hours i just play around with what i already know and just relaxs and enjoy what i do know how to do!

Forgive me if there are spelling errors!

Thank You Kikaida

my goal is to be able to entertain myself, and seing as how that counts as leisure i only practice maybe an hour before i go to bed and when i wake up.I read somewhere on this site that you can eventually fly paper airplanes around. Thats what I'm shooting for. It just sounds like so much fun.

That sounds like a very good way to practice. My actual "work" is moving objects and when I'm bored, I make psiballs. I'm quite inexperienced but I have high hopes.
