No.......Skill has no effect when you make a psi ball...I made my first attempts with my eyes open..I pretty much NEVER close my eyes for psi balls and never did so far. Some people do it better with closed eyes but some don't. Wink

You can meditate with your eyes open, but only if there is no activity (movement) to distract you, and even then, if you concentrate you can. Meditation is just clearing all thought and images from your mind, and holding it. I move energy in my body and make psi balls with my eyes open.

he SAID that he is a NOOB! cmon! i do not need to even move energy in my body.....i use energy from outside.... my record time was 0.3 seconds
