Cool-ish. Except I like white noise more. This is pretty good though.

Problems: Cannot export to .wav, .mp3, .whatever.
Made using Visual C++

OH SHIT, IT'S A VIRUS!

You sure you like white noise better?

The source code has the capability to be re-compiled for white noise, but it sounds terrible, imho.

Why would you need/want to export it to a .WAV?

Yeah, I have white noise set on my iPod and a few CDs. It's always there so it helps me concentrate more.

*shrugs* I don't really need it... I already have it. But other people might want to put it on a CD or portable media player so that they can listen to it on the road while trying to meditate. Or in a hotel room.

I mean... I have files on my computer that claim it's white noise, but it's really pink noise. The white noise file I linked to above IS white noise. It's annoying sounding. You probably have pink noise on your iPod, but the author mis-labelled it as white noise. *shrugs*

You can run your .mp3 through a spectrum analyzer to figure out for sure. If you really care, that is.

I played what you gave me. That's pretty close to what I have. I enjoy listening to the TV when no station is on, a radio when it's not getting a signal, etc.

Useful program Peebrain. It reminds me of Hemi-Sync. They used that exact sound in many of the tapes. Combined with a brainwave program you have a make-your-own hemi-sync! I might actually try that.

I listen to the TV when there is nothing on. The noise is good... it helps me focus my thoughts on. Otherwise I'll think of too many different things at once.

I usually just trance out if the room is quiet and the TV isn't getting a channell. The visual component is good for staring at.

I cant stand white noise meditation. Sounds an issue for me when meditating, but I found today when walking out to my observitory deck thingy i cant hear my neighbor's...interesting(bad) music! And it's nicer out there than my room anyways.

Yep. Lightning has broken both my cable and satellite signals before (through either destroying the required wires outside, breaking the company's equipment, etc).
