Thinking it doesnt work is the one reason why it wont, but anyway you can do anything with Psi right? Well look at it like this, why not make a construct in which you tell it very descriptivly *spelling* what to do and look for? Thats basically what it is. Give it a real shot before you tell me its too off the wall, especially when I and others that have tried it and had it work, know its not.
Not irritated, I just sound abrasive when trying to steer an opinion, sorry.

You do know that a browser has millions if not billions of lines of code?
I'm sorry if it might be offensive for you, but even if I can move things with my mind, I don't think that is possible.
(Also I can't try it cause I'm pure PK, I never programmed anything.)

Ah I see, Im just the oppisite when it comes to local PK anything long distance I can do easily. and yes I do know some Html so I have a taste ofwhat a simple website would look like and even thats huge itself to kill that though. The browser in esence takes the feelings associated with incoming things youd get with RV thats all, you dont read a massive word file of gibberish with your mind. Intuition is put into aneasier to make sense of form. Thats all. Its not a literal Webrowser, Morelike a "Make sense of feelings" -browser ^^

--My first skeptic! ^^ Yes! *marks a milestone* [lol]
