well i made mine say i can remember my dreams and guess what my dream recall has pretty much doubled (thought it didnt rele exist at first) i like this thing but do we have to buy it after the 7th trial?

If subliminal messaging had no credability, than why is it against the law to use it coupled with any other advertising? Sounds outrageous, but true.

People freaked out, then government freaked out, and now it's illegal. This doesn't mean there's a conspiracy.

I've done research into subliminal messaging for a cognitive psych research report I wrote a few years ago. Trust me, subliminal stimulus isn't received like it's comically portrayed. Flashing messages doesn't make you smoke or buy products. What it has been shown to do, in some studies, is affect a person's mood, or prime them in such a way that they make a predictable value judgment after they're shown the subliminal stimulus.

However, the research is, at best, ambivalent, and certainly far from showing subliminal messaging as an effective marketing technique.

I dunno, it seems to work. I put one to remember my dreams and I remembered 3 dreams today. I'm also testing it with 'speed', and today I was kinda 'hyper'. Placebo, maybe. I dunno.

I set it on the invisible setting, but that makes me somewhat worried to think what they could have slipped in there without me knowing... =/
