My friend gave me a little advice on her method of meditation and creating psiballs. Let me know if it looks A-OK, or if theres 1 or 2 things you'd change.
1) assume stereotypical meditation position. hands palm down on knees. close your eyes and keep them closed. concentrate on something in your mind's eye until you've reached the point of meditation. 2)once at the point of meditation, become aware of all the energy in your body. start at your feet and work up to your mind concentrating on that part of your body. feel warm or tingly or something. 3)turn your palms up and feel the energy around you pressing against you. visualize an aura of energy or feel the warmth on your palms. visualize streams of energy going into your palms and into yourself. visualize the energy resting above your palms 4) slowly turn your palms towards eachother and bring them close. feel the energy between your palms and visualize it as a ball of light. feel it push your palms back very slowly and get warmer and visualiez it getting bigger. 5) hold it and visualize it for as long as you can. when you've mastered it you can see the aura when you open your eyes. but don't fucking open your eyes until you're pro or worms will eat your face 6)once you're done being cool, spread your arms to the side, visualizing the energy getting bigger and dissipating. 7)put your palms on the ground and visualize the energy you absorbed going back into the ground 8)come out of meditation by re-acknowledging your body and surroundings in your mind 9)open your eyes |

The matter of medtation and creating psi-balls is all subjective. Looks like a great way to make a flared psi-ball. Whatever works for her works. |
