I was just wondering, how long does it take you to regenerate(or generate) psi after practicing?

I'm wondering because I've always been able to go from "empty to full" in 5 minutes at the most. Is that normal?

p.s. I hope the term "regenerate" isn't too fluffy, but it's the best word I can think of. Confused

Nobody can answer that, since nobody actually knows what psi is or where it comes from.

Personally, I don't believe in regeneration of psi. Just relax for a while and try again, might experience burn out or something of the equivlant.
Also, don't push yourself too hard.

the chinese believe that qi normally regenerates by breathing or eating, although there ARE "artificial" ways of regenerating psi....
