I've been practicing telekinesis for about 6 months and I've been able to shake small objects, but I've noticed that random objects jump at random times normally in a 5 foot radius.

You sure it's not the wind?
You have to focus in order to use Psi, such side effects shouldn't be possible.

The air condition? A ventilator?
Or maybe it's just your eyes...
There are alot of things that could be the source.
But let's assume it's really Psi, is there something bothering you?
Are you angry or frustrated?
Emotions could possibly be a cause... I guess.

And it only happened when you were angry?
Well I guess it is possible seeing as I use emotions to strengthen my Psi but it's not something you should/could do while you don't wish for it.
You'll get a headache after some time if it continues for too long.
It's a stress situation for your body I suggest just trying to controll your emotions (if that really is the cause).

Well it has been a while since it's happened but it could be emotions.

I don't know how good you are at controlling emotions but you could try to calm down as fast as possible the next time you're angry.
If it stops directly at that instant then you can be sure that it's indeed emotionaly.

It's mainly small things like a pencil. And it's not always anger, it's also excitement.

Then why did you ask in the beginning if you're that sure?
Nobody here can help you controll your emotions, that's your job.

Why is it funny? I don't get it.

You should never involve emotions in your PK practices.

Nah it's a nice thing to try out, harmful if you overdo it but interesting at the same time.

Ultima Rage, these are random events which I believe are either excitement/anger jumps or pure coincidence.

Yeah, It is pretty interesting.
