i've got a question.
i just used hypnosis as a means of meditation, then i went to see if i could move a psi wheel. it was wiggling like crazy until i attempted to make it levitate just (just for the hell of it). then it stopped. i was just wondering if this sounds like the beginings of learning telekinesis. and if so, please post tips for improving.

Yup that wiggling certainly is the beginning.
Try to "connect" to the object, use visualization etc.
Other than that there's not much you can do, just train and train and train - the breakthrough should come soon.

i do believe that self hypnosis is a very useful method of meditation. especially when you have an audio file. all you have to do is listen to it, and maintain the state of hypnosis after the session for a while. i have a hard time keeping my mind from wandering when using conventional mediatation, but with hypnosis, all you have to do is listen to the voice and do what it says.
