Ok, guys, I have been trying OBE for some time now.
When I try to induce one i will go into this state where I am almost asleep and my leg or arm will just suddenly twitch and I will wake up. DO you know what the cause of this is??? Am I close to getting out of body??? |

Random twiching is normal. I belive it to be some sort of hypnagogia reaction/reflex. What you need to do is go past that, alow your body to fall aslep completely, than clear your mind and remain passive. This is the hardest part. It takes alot of practice to be able to sustain that state, that litlle path between sleep and waking. when you are here the vibrations usually come and after that you should start the separation process.
So no man, you are still far. ![]() kkep practising. |

well, sometimes I will start to feel like I am spinning, not violently, but more like the rocking on a boat. How far do I have to go after this stage?
One more thing, I cant sustain that feeling either. When I feel teh spinning feeling coming on, I try to make it last but it subtly starts to diminish. Any help? |

don't try. if paying it focus seems to make it go away, don't. Continue doing what you were doing to cause it in the first place, and ignore it, or at least trick your subconcious into thinking you're ignoring it. |
