Wizana Joined: 26 Apr 2006 Posts: 44	When you are collecting energy, picture the source in which you are collecting it from; be it the Moon, the Sun,Water, Air, Earth, etc... When doing this, picture your source slowly sending energy into you, see the rays or waves or flares or gusts or green specks( better than rocks flying at you) and see them being absorbed into your body. Feel the enrgy coursing through your veins. When you feel you have had enough, slowly see your source darken and yourself glowing with the energy it gave you. Then, you may start the work of the mind. P.S. I have never tried this personally, but, i thought about it like a week ago and thoguht i would share t with you guys and girls P.S.S but, mostly guys
