Mrak930 Joined: 03 Apr 2006 Posts: 37	i have been trying to obe for about 3 months (1-2 times a week) have had some results but no obe. I think my biggest problem is trying to clear my mind, i can clear my mind for about 1 second then i realize im not thinking anything then i just start doing something stupid like "dum dum de dum dum de dum" or whatever and cant seem to keep these stupid pointless thoughts out. any ideas how i can clear my mind and keep it clear?
