madcrazy Joined: 11 Sep 2006 Posts: 99	I had this ingrown toenail and it hurt like ***************. Usually even after I cut it off it hurts for days. I made a psiball around my foot so compressed that I started sweating. After I made it IT STILL HURT. BUT... I went to bed and woke up the pain was gone just like that. MORAL of this story: Never doubt your skills even if they don't show right away.

By the way, if you sit with your legs cross legged or your knees to your chin...Your feet sweat on their own, so nothing magical here.
