ok today in class i noticed this one girl that i like was sad, and because i like her i think my empathy was amplified higher then normal, but anyways i have just been miserable all day today. have also noticed that when I'm reading something that i seem to feel what it was like(reading about the slave trade) and I'm getting emotinal over it. I want to know how i can deal with others feeling better or just let them pass after a while.

How do you know this is even "psi-empathy". How do you know you're not just feeling regular, feeling-bad-for-someone empathy, for people? You feel sad when you see sad movies, you feel sad when you read sad books. Just getting emotional over somthing doesn't mean you're using empathy. This doesn't sound like anything to me. Sounds like you're just "putting yourself in their shoes" and feeling bad.
