Ok....can you imagine something in your head like a picture?Just do that with the psi ball visualization and if you feel more comfortable with your eyes open or closed then do so. Just don't think so hard. ![]() P.S. You can learn to flare psi balls where they will emit light. |

idk in my mind thats VERY contriversial. ive never seen one in life or in pictures. or in videos for that matter. if it were possible dont you think it would be on film by now? (or on data [welcome to the 21st century]) but visualising is just using your imagination and being as vivid as possible. i remember my biology teacher in 7th grade told us that she's certain that visualisation doesnt develop in kids untill they're early teen years. that might be why most psions are age 12-13+ |

Go daydream. Copy/paste to a controlled meditation, and viola! You're visualizing.

Really? Maybe it's because I never really watched tv or played digital games etc when I was child but I found visualisation easy and natural. I visualise most things. You can remember pages of things easily. Try reading; especially fantasy or fictionol novels. Go read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings ![]() I think you're just over thinking it. Daydreaming is visualisation. It's just picturing something in your head. Anything. Add loads of detail and make it as vivid as you can. That's all there is to it ![]() |

Agreed. In my opinion, there should somehow be an intelligence requirement for posting here. |

Along with forcing the poster to read an article containing basic information on every skill covered here. It's annoying as hell having to see "how do I do teh visualizashun?!" and "wut do teh psiballz feel liek?!" every time I turn around. I mean come on people. If you're not gonna read the articles, why come to the site?
