I've been thinking lately... I remember some random people said we can charge batteries using psi, or heat something, etc etc etc; So psi is a type of energy, right?
People constantly complain about "we don't have energy enough" So couldn't we make a construct/device/something that could do the inverse? Converting, for instance, electric energy into psi energy?? You could program a shield that could do that, couldn't you? And then, we could move larger objects with PK, or maybe flare psiballs and stuff. (Unless, of course, if you couldn't control that much energy without some practice) Isn't this "that would need too much energy" just some cheap excuse??? |

My guess would be no.
I don't do psionics on, with, or involving electronics, other than the occasional try at any of those online psi-games. My right arm still vaguely aches after I tried to draw energy from an electric pizza oven at Sbarro's... it was a shocking experience indeed (har har). Incidentally, that little incident has caused me to throw out the previous theory I had on how drawing in energy works. Previously, I had thought that "drawing energy" from inanimate objects (i.e. Sun, Moon, Earth, crystal) simply was a subconscious trick, using an object as a focus and drawing energy from some other source (within? a universal source?)... now I'm forced to give weight to the possibility that drawing energy from objects actually does physically draw energy from that object. Ah, I love the mall, so many people to use as unknowing guinea pigs for my psionic development

I'm really lazy, I stay up all night and am the last one of my family to get up in the morning, and a LOT of the time, my siblings don't bother to recharge the toothbrush (it's electrical), I got rather frustrated, and visualized energy from my hand getting concentrated into the toothbrush, heating it up and giving it power, when I pressed the button, it actually went at a decent speed, cool!
I never really tried to make it go the other way, getting psi energy from electronics and stuff, I don't use enough psi at one time to burn out. |
