Today I have something to share, my first roll !! Very Happy

After two days I moved the psiwheel.
After 7 months (today) I begin to roll a foam coffee cup
The cup is lighter than a pen and seems easier for me

Next step is to let my subconcious learn about rolling and than try to roll something else like an empty soda can.

I hope this can encourage some that are "stuck" at the wheel.

See ya

I train about one hour per day. Somedays I can train for 4 or 5 hours.

I also take notes in wich I express my feelings about the session, ideas about how it works, things to try, and drawings including patterns of movement of energy.

I read my notes from time to time to support memorisation and to keep motivation.

I also think that rolling a foam cup is not that powerfull. I suppose that our perception of power is based on personal experience, it's all relative.

Thanks for replies

Jesus christ, where do you find that time?! Did you give up all those hobbies like food and sleep or what? Fair play anyway.

What techniques are you using? Just do it?
Do you just mostly focus and remain thoughtless at the object?

Does it matter? All the different methods are just different ways of accomplishing the same thing, none is actually better or worse than the other (though I've never good results using visualisation alone). I don't really know what I do; I suppose a combination of just do it and tactile visulation? I feel it move the direction I want.

I tried a lot of techniques and i'am still developing mine. This is definetly a kind of "just do it". I 'am not going to elaborate now for i'am a bit confused about how to express or explain what I tend to do.

I would say once you clear your mind, forge a strong feeling of the object and hold it as strong and quick as you can. It's my vison of awerness. our conscious job is to be patient enough and let your awerness grow. Some exercices seems usefull to me like:

Bone Breathing ...PPSociety.com

Here is an exercice I developped: The stroboscopic feeling recorder.
Copyrights !

Once you get a strong feeling of an object, make it move slightly with your finger and start bat the eyes. While batting the eyes, hold and let go the feeling in your brain and body and let your subconcious record. repeat the process but with complete void inside. After a few exercices, stay eyes open and let your subconcious express what he has learn.

Give me feedback

By the way for the time of practice, maybe it's more like 45 min per day with two days off and once a month a big sunday afternoon.
