hazard Joined: 19 Feb 2006 Posts: 119	i have been trying to obe lots (to many to count) and last night i pretty much had one for the first time.. i could see through my eyelids and hear the 'airplane' noise but i couldnt move at all, it felt like i was pinned down to my bed when i tried.. can someone help?

shenlon2 Joined: 17 Jan 2006 Posts: 220	You got to walk before you can run, my friend. It sounds to me that your not quire OOB, which would explain why you cant move. Once your fully OOB moving should come naturally, I cant really explain it, you just know how to do it (well I did anyway, I cant vouch for any other people). So keep trying, and I think you will get it.
