muppetsniper Joined: 17 Jul 2006 Posts: 21	..after a while of practicing..i finaly accoplished a lucid dream...although i couldnt control it!...i new for a fact i was dreaming...i willed myself to go somewhere ..and nothing happend..maybe because i was being incinerated in the earths crust. ..but still .....i couldnt do anythign!

prettylush Joined: 29 May 2006 Posts: 5	i used to have a similar problem. i've been having lucid dreams since i was a kid, more so when i was around 13 i had alot of nightmares and i taught myself how to wake up from them. i couldnt will myself to change the dream so i would wake up. over time i noticed if i focused hard enough on what i was trying to do it would happen. i've been meditating alot as of late and so when i went lucid i channeled my energy and focused my thoughts and it worked wonders. just focus and will it. it'll come to you.
