I discovered that I 'am learning in a much more constant way when I change only one parameter in a training exercice.

For exemple, You spin a wheel 2x2 inches in paper. Try a 2x2 tin foil psiwheel of the same shape.

I think it should be easier to learn rolling if you use the same object you are the most familiar and proficient with. The psiwheel !

Take a piece of paper 2x1 inches, roll it around a pen for it takes a half- cylinder shape. Put it on the side of an eraser which as a slipping cardboard. Have fun.

I think that was the worst explanation of how to do something I've ever read lol. But I understand what you mean. It's been mentioned before multiple times.

Has it? And I never heard of it? Worse, I never thought of it? It's a sinful world tut tut...but it's a good idea. I'll try it when I'm given some time.

Sorry for my english, it's not my first language.

But I've never heard this before and it's not written in the articles. So I thought that for many psions, the step between the psiwheel and rolling a pencil is to high.

Yea, I've trie dthis. I managed to get wobbles because you really can't roll a semi circle. It is a good idea though and does help. lol it didn't help me roll pencils well because I can't. But hey, it's worth a shot.

you dont have to move to a pencil..you could move to a can first, then a pen, THEN a pencil..

I know, I didn't mean to state it like I didn't try to roll anything else. And when I say pencils I mean round ones... like pens.

Doesn't matter. Simple technique, simple explanation. Cool
