Form a psi ball in the air about 5 feet in front of you.....
The ball will be about 2 and a half to 3 feet in diameter
once you have a good mass of psi shell it.
Do this for a couple seconds and then repeat.
pick a target to send to.

Ok, how does this pose any relavence? it's making a psi ball...5 feet in front of you...what is the difference then making it like...2 feet or 8 feet in front of you?....nothing...
