I tried rolling a small needle today. I've actually been trying for a few days now, and it doesn't move, although I can move the psi-wheel under a glass, but not very fast, so thought I'd try out other things.
Can you please tell me: What exactly do you feel when you try to move an object? I know you feel relaxed, and you concentrate on the object you wish to move. When I try to move something, I feel something similar to a psi-ball between my hand and the object (A kind of force like two magnets repelling each other) - Is that normal? Am I going along the right track? Or should I just try concentrating on the object, since all you're supposed to feel in the hand is a slight tingling sensation (Which I also feel)? Thanks |
