Ok.
You know how you listen to music, and you get inspired/motivated like you can do anything? How can you hold that effect without the music... like after i turn it off, it just kind of evaporates. I'm sure there was a thread on it on some other forum, but i didn't find anything useful there. Replies appreciated ![]() ~ Wolverine |

I use a technique called emotional anchoring. Basically what it involves is subconsciously linking a specific emotion, in this case the emotions caused by the music, to a physical action.
For example, every time you feel the desired emotion you could clap your hands. Eventually your subconscious will begin to associate clapping your hands with the emotion, and you would find that clapping your hands when your not feeling the emotion results in you suddenly feeling it (sorry if this makes little sense, I typed it very fast) |

So if I practice PK every time I hear SONG-A, that means that I'll be able to do PK everytime I hear that song?

Just do whatever makes you feel comfortable! I watch TV sometimes when I practice just to keep things casual.

Yes, I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t create a subconscious anchor between hearing a song and practicing PK. I do a similar thing with OBE’s, so I think it would work fine. |

Sure it would work. That's been proven decades ago. Pavlov's Law of Effect. Classical conditioning. Pretty much exact same idea. Good job Shenlon. |
