Since most of the day we are in alpha (or is it beta?) wave state, I would assume that you could be using alpha/beta waves...I mean, if you were using theta waves, you couldn't tell because you would be unconscious, and delta waves might be difficult to perform psionics under because of the fatigue one would be feeling...But, we still don't know what is the driving force behind PK...many of us believe it is psionic energy, but it could very well be a result from an overcomplicated chaos theory type of effect. We don't know for certain yet.
