Wow, so why do you have it? Do you not feel safe?

I feel plenty safe without it, but I feel much safer with it. Besides, it's really fun to shoot it. I must have put something like 2000 rounds through it so far.

What the hell do you shoot and where the hell do you shoot it?

I shoot at whatever is available to make a target out of. I shoot in the middle of nowhere in Missouri (redundant, I know).

Well, not anything. I wouldn't shoot at a jug of gasoline, or at something important. However, things like CD's that didn't burn-off correctly (or those AOL discs), and full beer cans shaken up to the point where they're solid as a rock (they explode) make good targets.

Nice, exploding targets. That's just awesome Smile

Going to Italy for 3 weeks this summer, I hope to get a BBGun, while I'm over there and do some practice.

I'm guessing most are male, before taking the poll. Why? It seems as if males use the computer more, and have a desire to manipulate their surrondings. 1 + 1 = google search; google = psipog.

BOOYA! Over 15! What now? The guys are goin' down!! Okay, maybe I'm getting a little carried away here, lol. Very Happy

I dunno if this makes a difference, but I'm one of those girls who spends a lot of time hanging out with guys (as friends). I wouldn't call myself a "tomboy," but I am into things like computers (I built my own!), video games, Star Wars, and I work in the computer department of Best Buy where I am the only girl, lol. It can be pretty cool though, becasue like the scenerio of a guy taking a cooking or sweing class to be around a bunch of girls, I get to hang around a lot of potential people to date, who are into the same things as me. Wink

I couldn't disagree more with this statement. Do you honestly believe that women use computers less than the rest of us? Please. There's just as many, if not more. Ever wonder who fills up the chat-rooms? Yeah, my point exactly.

In regards to the smaller population of women actively practicing psionics, well, that's a different story. There could very well be just as many female practitioners as there are male, but not on this particular site or forum. Most everyone here was introduced into the world of psychics or psionics through a source. Maybe you heard it in the media, a friend, or saw it in a video game or television show. I assume the latter explains the reason as to why there is a higher percentage of males present here.

Maybe most girls just don't like the pointed-orderly way forums are presented.

All mannerlike and such

I remember reading something about men and women with computers. It said that to men, computers (and other things, like heavy machinery) are like toys, something to play and mess around with. To women, they're more like tools, just something to get a job done and little else. That's what I read, anyways. Whether it has any bearing in fact, I don't know.
