Foil ways less and there is less friction on the pin you are balancing it on.

I like the paper beacuse it isn't as sensitive as the foil, which sort of helped me figure out that it wasn't the wind or my breath that was moving it.

I chose foil, but I do think it is way better to use paper to it's advantage as paper seems to be "tougher" to move telekinetically, so it may help you out more than foil will with your progression with tk. That's just a little of my two cents! Very Happy

So does anyone disagree?

I voted tinfoil, because I just tried it and it shook ever so slightly when covered. I think that it might actually be good for the subconscious, but still a beginning thing.

I started with tinfoil, and could move it easily after a bit and keep it moving after that without concentraition. Then I stopped doing tk; a few months after that i tryed again with a larger paperwheel and could only make it jolt.I dont know if it was the paper or lack of practice that made me do worse im voting tinfoil anyways though lighter smoother and stays in a wheel shape better

I voted paper, because you can't use the foil if you keep accidentally poking holes in it.

be careful with alluminum foil! -

when you place alluminum foil under a glass, the heat of your hands against the glass can cause the wheel to spin.

and i remember in elemntry school they had those things in glass that would spin when the sun hits them. paper is good if you want to be sure but foil might be better when you just can't get anything to move period

hi all, im new. been watching this site for a year now, though

I take paper, because I want to really challenge myself rather then get results. Cool
