is it easier to make psi balls in the dark, and has any one caught one on film

I was reading about force bubbles, and I started to wonder...

Hmmmmmm... Do force bubbles break on contact with something? Or do they break when the thing pushing against them is stronger? Or do they just break with the first thing they happen to come into contact with?

I've read the Psion's handbook and searched trough Q&A, but I can not find the anwser to this question. Do I have to visualise the gathering of Psi in my abdomen or could I perhaps imagine the Psi gathering somewhere else?

My friend said after 3 days of training he was able to make a visible psi ball. We live quite a distance away, and he has no camera. Is this possible?

I usually sit on a chair when trying to make a psiball and I was wondering

1. is it ok to support your elbows on your knees when sitting

2. Can you make a psiball without visualization?
p.s: I have never made a psiball ever

Nifty Idea for Psi Balls -

A practical use for Psi Balls, use them as a "bookmark" for remote viewing or presence. Since maintaining a Psi Ball has no limitation on distance, make a simple construct and send it as far away as you would like to go. Once it is in place you can use it as a bookmark for remote viewing. I personally have one near the moon, and two on Mars keeping tabs on the rovers. It makes remote viewing tons easier.

I always hear from articles and message boards that you can use psi balls and psi constructs to heal a headache. But no one ever showed how to do it. My theory is to just think of a hot psi ball (like icy/hot medicine) and just put it on my head or someone else's. Is this right? Or am i just making things worse. I was also thinking of using reiki hand positions with the psi ball's energy. Like using chi or ki energy for healing. Can someone tell me if im on the right path???

It occured to me that my hands get very tired after holding them up waiting for psi to gather into a ball. Do our hands have to be up, or can we picture the psiball flying infront of us and then when its ready stick out hand out to see if it is there?
