HOW DO YOU MEDITATE IN A BUSY AREA?

I am just starting out and i want to learn empathy. And i read ur warnings about making sure i can protect myself so i decided to learn shielding first before i even bother with the empathy stuff. My question is how would i test if the shield actually works or if i even made it correctly? I mean at this point i haven't actually allowed myself to open up to other people yet so i wouldn't know if other feelings are getting into my shield, if i even made one.

I read this and want know its validity. It seemed intriguing that it existed. I think this was worked on for 2 years, yet only recently posted as I saw the condition of the page. It was torn, near destroyed and written in another language.

ok this has been bugging me for some time.
when i look around i can see what appears to be clear dots moving around they are so small they are almost invisible but its like when you can see light rain falling.
i was wondering if its enegy i am seing or some kind of vibration to do with energy or my eyes?

sup, i was wondering if your broadcasting, and you tell people or someone to do something will they do it? like "go away" or "come here" will they do it? and one last thing, with broadcasting can you make people see thing that arent there?

Every once in a while i notice things out of the corner of my eye. for instance i'll be walking to the kitchen when i'll think i see someone to my left (out of the corner of my eye) and i'll turn around and there will be nothing. I've noticed this alot. other times a certain room, store, or restaraunt will just make me feel very uncomfortable, and i'll rush to leave it. I don't know if this has anything to do with physic abilities, but i'd really like to know. Please email me the response (sorry i don't know if you do this, i'm a newbie and trying very hard not to by annoying-i'm very familiar with the rants lol :)) Thanks again

i am really good at sending messages(pinging) but im horrible at recieving them. i can send messages to people at almost anytime, and they almost always recieve it, but when people try to send messages back it seems to always get coded, like someone saying "pie mike skis" instead of "i like cheese" and sometimes i can figure out what it is but i would like to know how to keep this from happening.

Hello, I'd like to apologize for not being around often, but it's been due to a significant other. On that note, I have to transition to a problem, she is no longer my significant other, and I feel it wrong to have a link with her, it's a strong link, and it's from my subconscious mind. How would I be able to break it? Moreover, would that be a wise course of action?

I have telepathy. I need a way to exit peoples minds. One persons in particuler that knows how to call me but we wont get into. I cant create psy balls yet so i cant do sheilds. Is there any other way to leave peoples heads? I checked all of the sheilds pages and im not seeing one i can do yet and i need a quick fix. I find calling other people is the only way but with her she stays no matter what i do. Any help would be great.

If you get to my question, it will e grately appreciated. I have just recentl started a small practice of telepathy, as in I usually only send messages to my pets, and play guess the fruit (that's an awesome game!). Lately, I've been getting headaches every time large groups of people walk by too quickly. I try to put a sheild around my head before it worsens, but with little success. If someone could please give me advice, it would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
