Hello,
Ok, since January of 2001 I began having procog dreams..like my new high school, then I moved from Texas to Missouri & sure enough, my dream showed me the entire inside of the new school, I was in complete shock. Anway, I used to dream EVERYTHING that would happen & could even do it
consiously. But lately, (last 2 or 3 months) it has been gone. Is there anyway to get my ESP back? I really loved it, like this one time, I woke up at 9 am..& I sat up & like a voice popped in my head & said, Emergency at 1 pm..I was like..Ok? Then my grandpa called the fire dept later
that day..I checked the cell phone time & it was EXACTLY 1 pm. Thankx -- Ryan

While I can't tell you how to "get your ESP back" I can give you a few things to try.
Write down your dreams every morning when you wake up. You may still be having them but forgetting.
Try lucid dreaming.
When it DOES occur, write down in the same dream journal what conditions it occured under. Include things like date, time, weather, general emotional state, solar activity, etc. and see if you can learn what may or may not bring it on.

Telekineo1 asks on November 8, 2003, 1:30pm:
I remember reading something like if you look into someones eyes they can take your psi energy out of you or something like that. Is this true?
annie replies on December 28, 2003, 9:55pm:
Sounds sketchy to me.
In order for someone to "drain" (ugh i hate that word in this context) energy from you, then they will with or without looking into your eyes. If you're honestly concerned about getting your psi 'stolen', then shield. Don't avoid eye contact. It makes you seem untrustworthy.
Padiwan_Learner asks on November 9, 2003, 12:59am:
Are people more receptive to telepathic messages when asleep?
annie replies on December 28, 2003, 9:53pm:
Do people like kiwi more than melon?
Your question has a lot of variables, the biggest variable being the person to which you're referring.
psilogist asks on November 10, 2003, 2:49pm:
There are actually two questions in this post and I guess that they're both mainly for Jaspars as he wrote the article they regard. I think I should get to the point now.
1) Can links cause a relay? (e.g. - I link to person A and to person B. Do they share a link or a link that passes through me?)
2) Let's say I'm still unexperianced in PK and create a limk to let's say (again) NI (I won't do it NI, don't worry), will his experiance in Pk affect on my PK or at least my PK practice? (Making my practice more efficient)
PS - sorry for the question's length. I know that by adding this PS and the words that I'm writing now, I actually lengthen it even more but I thought I needed to say so.

1. Yes
2. I don't know, maybe.
ShadowWraith asks on November 10, 2003, 7:58pm:
I've recently moved to college in a city from a small town. I'm an empath. I could deal with a few thousand near me, but now there are 2,500 on campus VERY close, as well as being in a city. To say the least, it's a bit overwhelming. I've read Anniesocks' seminar on shielding, but I can't seem to keep them up. It's like trying to use a piece of paper for an umbrella (actually, I kind of visualize the other emotions as rain). I don't know if you'd have any more advice, but some help would be appreciated. Thanks-ShadowWraith
annie replies on December 28, 2003, 9:50pm:
I actually don't have more advice than what I shared during my shielding seminar. But I wanted to acknowledge this post, and wish you luck in practicing this. If you need some help, please find me in the chat and identify yourself. I'm pretty sympathetic to first year college empaths.
Grimace asks on November 11, 2003, 11:57pm:
How are yuo supposed to precive a shape/color easily? Any certain skill you need to learn first?
annie replies on December 28, 2003, 9:48pm:
You aren't going to want to hear this:
Practice.
I promise, as soon as I come up with the instant perception/pathy/kinesis pill, I will make it available to all of psipog. (At a 200% markup.)
smartperson2003 asks on November 14, 2003, 6:00pm:
Hello,
How would you know if a person is psion???(Without asking them) And how would I go about doing this????
Thank You Very Much
annie replies on December 28, 2003, 9:46pm:
Ask them.
Scan them.
Check for psi shielding.
But mostly - ask them.
Cinomod asks on November 15, 2003, 12:24pm:
I get impulses from out of nowhere (that turn out to be random thoughts from other people) but I can't tell if it's a sudden idea or a foreign thought until the person says it aloud or somehow indicates that that was their thought. Can you tell me how to recognize them or do it on purpose?
annie replies on December 28, 2003, 9:45pm:
I strongly recommend shielding. You can either choose to shield these "random thoughts" out completely, or to help you identify/mark your thoughts from the thoughts of others.
How to do it on purpose requires practice and a certain honing of these skills.
skello asks on November 19, 2003, 7:12am:
you know that feeling that you get when someone enters the room? well what does it mean when you get that feeling and no one is there are you "sensing" a psi construct or something else?
annie replies on December 28, 2003, 9:43pm:
You are sensing the other person.
(Am I missing something?)
Founder asks on November 21, 2003, 2:46pm:
dunno if this is the right catagort but it says 'perception' so ill give it a go: is it possibly to see things while meditating or in 'aura vision' that you shouldnt b able to see normally i.e round a corner or through a wall and if not ... is there a way to do this? (i kno i kno 'use a camera' right?)
annie replies on December 28, 2003, 9:42pm:
We prefer the term "electromagnetic field" to "aura".
If your goal is to see things you wouldn't normally see, I would recommend more along the lines of increasing your sensitivity (see Gnome's manual) or remote presence.
