Somedude asks on December 3, 2003, 10:28pm:
I was reading the other questions, and thought of this question, so here goes...
When you are asleep and you wake up and it feels as if you were falling, could that possibly be the result of an Out of Body Experience? If not, then do you know what it is from?
Thank you,
Somedude
Peebrain replies on December 12, 2003, 4:33am:
I did the following search:
http://www.google.com/search?q=%22falling+sensation%22+asleep&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
This result gave a little insight:
http://kidshealth.org/kid/talk/qa/jerk.html
Surprisingly, the first page of results contains AP stuff. That would suggest that the falling sensation and OBEs are related in SOME way. What way? Beats me .

PSI_Fox asks on November 24, 2003, 5:13pm:
do any of you have any info on meditation or maybe some links to some places to learn how to meditate?
Peebrain replies on November 25, 2003, 12:53pm:
I meditate by either thinking of nothing, or staring at a bright object in a dark room for a long time... (like my speaker light ). Check google.com or your local library for more information - it's really not that complicated though.
Rainsong replies on December 5, 2003, 9:25pm:
A simple method is to close your eyes, and breathe easily (slowly, but not forceably so), and count each time you breathe out. Pay attention only to the breathing and the counting. Ignore any thoughts that wander through your mind. If you start to follow any of the stray thoughts, start the count over again at "one".

Is Teleportation possible? If so, how can you do it? I their any sites that talk about it or tell how to do it?
Thanks,
Alex
Rainsong replies on December 5, 2003, 9:19pm:
1) Yes, it is possible.
2) I have no idea how to do it, and have no desire at all to learn.
3) Do a web-search of "Quantum Teleportation"

i have had dreams about tk alot and me using it could this mean something about me devolping tk??
Rainsong replies on November 25, 2003, 7:00pm:
Probably means that you had been thinking about it, reading about it, or otherwise "entering data" into your mind about it during the day.
Eldrad asks on November 22, 2003, 2:48pm:
What are your views on Anpsi? Animal psychic capabilities. I believe that my Cat and Dog may have some forms of powers, but I just need to pinpoint exactly what they are. Does anyone else have experience in this field? And is it possible to train them to use these abilities and maybe even communicate with them on a Telepathic level?
Peebrain replies on November 22, 2003, 3:45pm:
I've never heard the term "Anpsi"... but I've had personal experience with some form of psychic communication with my dog. It didn't seem like telepathy, seemed very basic and simple. I've heard cats are sensative too... I haven't read any research on it, except for one study where baby chicks used micro-PK to move a light controlled by an RNG to be over them so they were warmer.
Juicy_Fruit asks on November 19, 2003, 7:06pm:
Peebrain, how exactly did you communicate with your subconscious? What was your method of meditation, and what did you to achieve it?

What is shadowing?
Peebrain replies on November 17, 2003, 5:51pm:
I'm not sure what term you're referring to...
The term is used at the Psi Palatium ( http://www.psipalatium.com ), under the "Psychic Advanced" section. If that is the term you're talking about, any questions regarding it's use should be directed to those authors.
LuigiFrancino asks on November 16, 2003, 7:42pm:
If phasing hurts so bad because your intermingling your molecules with an object, couldn't you just make the obects molecules move and not your's?
Rainsong replies on November 16, 2003, 9:19pm:
Big "if" there. We don't know exactly what causes the pain. Some people have reported that they have phased without any pain involved. In fact, there were a few times in my own case in which it didn't particularly hurt. However, I still do not recommend Phasing as a recreational activity.
I doubt that you _can_ stop your molecules in any case. Feel free to try, if you really want to.
soulshaker asks on November 12, 2003, 7:23pm:
"A lucid dream is a condition in which you are aware that you are asleep and dreaming. It may or may not involve control of the dream. If you are not asleep and/or not dreaming, you are not experiencing a lucid dream."
Does this include when you are just dreaming (uncontrollable), and you can feel your physical body on the bed, can even reposition yourself during the dream, and yet not stopping the dream?
I was led to believe that you might not be in complete control, but it's as clear as, say real life, or an OBE.
And then I guess you cannot feel your physical body or let alone move it.
I am having MANY of these dreams, and I confuse them with real life all the time. I never know wether I dreamt something or if it really happened.
I once started a whole argument with my parents because they found some stuff of mine I didn't want them to find, while I later found out that I had only dreamt that they found it... That sucked.
Is there also a way to control/stop this confusion?
Thanks a whole lot
Rainsong replies on November 12, 2003, 7:55pm:
If you know you are dreaming, during the dream itself, it is therefore a lucid dream. If you do not know that you are dreaming, during the dream itself, then it is not a lucid dream.
The real confusion is when you dream of dreaming and you know that you are dreaming, in the dream you are dreaming of, but you don't know you are dreaming of that dream. >=D Yes, that can actually happen.
Peebrain replies on November 14, 2003, 2:16pm:
....And then you wake up in the first dream, and think you're awake. And then you really wake up and kick yourself in the shin for not figuring it out .

Peebrain wrote an article about communicating with your subconscious and how to use it for your advantage. One thing that i dont understand is why some people refer to it(subconscious) as inner guide ,voice or "higher self".So what I am asking are those three same or not?
Peebrain replies on November 14, 2003, 2:15pm:
Maybe yes, maybe no... what do you think?
