robertk4you asks on February 21, 2004, 7:56am:
What is the purpose to create psi balls, and how can i use it,to move physical objects.
Yumper replies on February 28, 2004, 12:20am:
You create your own purpose for creating a psiball. It can be for practice, for fun or to get someone's attention. Be creative.
To move a physical object you could create a force bubble, and simply push the object.
psiballmaster asks on February 22, 2004, 6:55pm:
hi i just wanted to ask whether or not you can program a psiball to be visible or if it has to be done by itself
Yumper replies on February 28, 2004, 12:13am:
For a psiball to be visible, it needs to be programmed to be visible. To learn how to 'flare' a construct read the article - Evan's Handy Guide to Construct Flaring.
Cyrax asks on February 24, 2004, 4:47pm:
How long does it normally take to get the psi ball down? I can do the psi wheel a little bit.
Peebrain replies on February 27, 2004, 12:27pm:
Depends on your definition of "getting the psi ball down". It takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks to make your first psi ball, usually. After that, it's hard to judge how quickly people progress... People try different skills, practice at different rates, practice at different
intensities, and even then, each body is different, and finds its own unique solutions. So... in a few weeks you'll probably get your first psi ball, after that you might mess around with psi balls for another month or two on top of that... maybe move into shields after that. I mean, it really just
depends on what YOU want to do, when YOU want to change, etc... Hard to pinpoint even a general time period .
Stephenbe asks on February 9, 2004, 5:03pm:
Wait, Ive been reading on shields, People can attack you!!
Wtf? Really?
Peebrain replies on February 13, 2004, 1:58am:
Heh yeah... It's possible. Not likely if you keep to yourself, but if you make the wrong person mad, you might find yourself getting attacked. As with any other skill - you can play hockey and have fun, or you can start swinging and get in a fight. Shields aren't just used for attacks though... Sometimes daily annoyances can get unbearable... in which case, a shield is very useful.

Peebrain replies on February 6, 2004, 12:48pm:

Nimbus824 asks on February 5, 2004, 6:21pm:
How do you make a shell around your psi ball?
Peebrain replies on February 6, 2004, 12:48pm:
Read that, then ask any specific questions.
mrcheesa asks on February 5, 2004, 5:18pm:
I know this is a stupid question, but what exactly IS a construct?
Peebrain replies on February 6, 2004, 12:47pm:
A construct is a bunch of psi gathered together, usually programmed to do something.
So, the next question is: what is psi? Psi, in it's most technical sense, is just "some unknown stuff". One popular theory is that psi is this extra stuff produced by your nervous system. The idea is, when you're nerves fire, they not only carry messages through your body, but also make a substance that you can use to do things with. We call that substance "psi".
So, you take a bunch of psi, and you pile it all in one place. Psi has this weird property that you can tell it what to do, and if you're skilled enough, it will do it. We call that "programming" the psi. Just basically, telling it what to do.
So, you get a bunch of psi, program it to do something, and the thing that you just made is called a "construct".
The most popular construct is a psi ball. You get a bunch of psi, and program it to "sit there in the shape of a ball". A ball made out of psi. A psi ball. More specifically, a construct programmed to hold the shape of a ball.
Get it?

SKainuiG asks on February 4, 2004, 10:23am:
Does the weather affect the use of psi? Such as rain, snow, hail, low pressure, high pressure, droughts, floods, wind, lightning, thunder, etc...
Rainsong replies on February 4, 2004, 8:31pm:
Apparently so. There are reports of psi-use being affected both by regular weather and the solar kind. Keep a record of the weather conditions when you do your stuff, and after a few months, look through and see if there appears to be a correlation. High Solar Winds, and Thunderstorms, are the most commonly-reported patterns that seem to affect psi, as far as I've seen.

walnutgum asks on February 4, 2004, 1:49am:
they said you can move an object with a psi ball but how? Like make one and make it hard? or program it? Or like feel a soft ball like (NOT a psiball) substance and then throw it? I just need an idea
Peebrain replies on February 4, 2004, 9:36am:
Look up information on Force Bubbles. Basically, you'll need to learn TK, then "implant" the TK inside of the construct's programming.
