ok like a couple of days ago i was in school and i was trying to make a shield. and for about oh maybe 15sec. i had this tingling sensation all around my body and then it all went to my hands could this might have been the starting of a shield?

I have a few questions about shielding that you might be able to answer.

can you make a psi ball laying down?

i have been seeing stuff like little sparkles wrigling over each other(not a good explination)and every day at some time or another i see this clear worm looking thing bent in funny shapes.it kinda looks something like a strain of bacteria under a micrscope but with no coloring.(still not a good explination)and no matter where i look i see it.and the little sparkly things i see every where.even as i look at the computer screen.as a matter of fact i see alot more on the computer screen.

coud this be energy or psi i am seeing.
and that little clear worm looking thingy,what could it be.

the worm thingy i see extremely clearly.

it can sometimes bother me when i stare at it for a while.

what in the world could this be?

When constructing and programming a psi ball to be visible, is it best to practice under normal, dim, or no lighting at all?

ok i was trying to make psiballs right i was picturing the energy from the earth in to my body and in into my hands i put layers of energy in a ball layout after i try to think of energy entering the a ball i do this for a few mins i feel tingaly sentaions in my hand and when i open them there is no ball and i feel dryness what am i doing wrong and how long must you keppin doing this for

i've bin making psi-balls for a week now. i feel my hands getting warm,and cold. how long will it take to see my psi-ball?

If you can make a psi ball heat up a general area i.e. to raise the temperature reading on a thermometer, then shouldn't the psi ball be visible when looking through an infrared/thermographic video camera? Has anyone ever thought to look at a psi ball through one of these?

I would like to get started on making an Psi ball but when I try to visualize the actual ball should I be having my eyes open or shut when trying to make the ball?

I have often read about people sending Psi Constructs to each other. I can understand how that works. What I don't get is how someone can send a Psi Construct to someone they don't even know, over the internet, to a place they've never been, without any information about where they live, what their house looks like, what the person looks like, or anything else except their internet handle.

I could see it working with precog skills, but I see no mention of that in the sending articles. So how can the Psi Construct make it to the person?
