Questions

Bl00dRush asks on May 4, 2005, 12:53am:

Hey, I was curious, with pyrokinesis you're fooling around with the molecules of a candle wick, for example, speeding them up and therefore creating a flame. I was wondering if this same concept could be applied to i.e. a cut on your arm, to speed up the repair process of blood cells around the cut therefore healing the wound?
Thanks, hope that made sense :)

SunTzu replies on May 4, 2005, 11:34am:

Yes, there is even a healing manual written along the same concept: art-outline-to-shielding.html163

psiteleknetic32 asks on May 1, 2005, 8:14pm:

hey guys, first off this is a great site

Anyways my question is that I have learned to manipulate the psi-wheel pretty well and I want to move on. I feel that the pencil is too hard for me and I don't know what the next step is. Can you give me some idea as to what that next step should be?
Thabks in advance, really appreciate it.

Rainsong replies on May 2, 2005, 1:43am:

Try rolling a marble.

PsiJay6 asks on May 1, 2005, 10:32am:

PsiJay again...Hey I was just wondering if there was a particular way I should put my hands to get the best result when rolling things.Oh,yeah...Should I think "just do it" or,think "roll",or think of nothing? Thanx for reding my letter....

Rainsong replies on May 1, 2005, 10:37am:

Doesn't really make much difference, how your hands are held, although some people do find that their subconscious likes it if they make the kinds of gestures that sorcerers use in the movies.

As for what to think of, if it worked for the pinwheel, it should work for rolling things. How did _you_ move the pinwheel?

PsiJay6 asks on April 30, 2005, 9:00am:

Hey,Its psiJay6 here. This is my first question...I was just wondering and hoping if anyone knows how to move things that are NOT psi wheels,I mean how to slide pencils straws or other small objects.I can move the Psi-wheel Pretty EASY but I need to know what to do/think about when sliding/moving other things...

Rainsong replies on April 30, 2005, 2:10pm:

Try rolling things, next. "Sliding" involves more friction than rolling does. As for what to do, it is very much like moving the psiwheel.

Yes, a yoyo can substitute for the key.

just_gonna_ask asks on April 24, 2005, 9:32pm:

If you put a psi wheel under a bowl and move it suposidly with your mind how do you know it's not the air currents moving it?

Rainsong replies on April 26, 2005, 10:31am:

You _don't_ know. If you can enclose the wheel entirely, then it is less likely to be air-currents, but there are other objects which are more effective for "proof": stopping a radiometer (without interfering with the light-source), for example.

phorophoto asks on April 25, 2005, 11:37pm:

Man...I have been trying to get telekinesis to work for three years. I have done all the training, all the exercises, and I still cannot get any results. So I am inclined to ask the questions: Is telekinesis real? Or are we all just fooling ourselves? If it is real, why can't I get it to work? If you have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Rainsong replies on April 26, 2005, 10:29am:

1) Yes, telekinesis is real.
2) No, we are not all fooling ourselves, even though a large chunk of the claims made --especially online-- are false.
3) Without the specifics of what you are doing, I'm not about to analyse why it isn't working. Some people do take years before they get it to work, and some never do get it to work. The latter might just give up too soon, or they might not be able to do it. I'll never be able to do Sumo-Wrestling; does that mean Sumo does not exist?

Whats the difference between Psychokinesis and telekinesis?

Rainsong replies on April 26, 2005, 10:24am:

It's the same thing.

Jabberwocky asks on April 19, 2005, 3:00pm:

Is there a psychokinetic ability which grants you the possibility to control darkness? I've heard of "Lunarkinesis, and Photokinesis, and Darkokinesis, and sometimes even Darkinesis" but I want to know if this is possible to acquire this skill. I would like to know whether o' not dark control is possible. Thank you very, very much, all of you...

Rainsong replies on April 19, 2005, 10:50pm:

Darkness is nothing more or less than the "absence of light". If you want to control shadows, for example, you muck about with the light to do so. Of course, you can pretend the shadow has its own substance, for purposes of visualization, if you want to, but you'll be attempting to control the light, even so.

Bronxe asks on April 14, 2005, 5:28pm:

I have recently been messing around with the various online tests of psychokinesis, like a bellcurve, a clockface, etc.
I noticed that when I think of it as "letting" it be that thing, instead of "making" it be that thing, like if i just let it be what i want, instead of forcing it, it works ALOT better, and i know since it seems to work for me i should keep doing it(you have answered THAT often enough that people should start getting the idea) but i was wondering how common this particular method is.

Rainsong replies on April 15, 2005, 12:04pm:

For microPK, that seems to be the rule rather than the exception. If you "force" it, as for macroPK, it tends not to work the way you want it to.
